Executive Chef Tony Boswell

Executive Chef Tony Boswell has been a staple in the Entertainment District for the past 5 years and has been responsible for many a large event being held in Loft310. But Tony is not only responsible for weddings and corporate events, he is preparing for his 5th New Year’s Eve presentation, and he’s ready to make mouths water once again. While the focus normally gets placed on the Grand Buffet, Chef is also in charge of satisfying late night diners with his anticipated and well received taco bars designed to kick start NYE revelers after a long night of dancing. Side note, Tony is also the driving force behind the numerous and prolific ice sculptures spread throughout the Entertainment District. Come see what Tony has on offer this New Year’s Eve.
